We ate at a really nice restaurant for breakfast and dinner. It had basic facilities you needed, a storage and a safe box. The location was perfect and excellent - ease of access to Strandpromenade.

Relaxing place for party with amazing view of the beach. New-fashioned rooms, absolutely kind staff at the reception desk. The most important - stunning location to bus station on the Line 1 bus located at airport. Just off boardwalk as well as the grounds that most clients enjoyed the restaurant. Great to have an a la carte restaurant for breakfast and dinner.

Amazing hotel! Liked everything: food, room, the area (amazing park in 5 minutes walk!), beach, staff. I even could get free wi-fi in my room!
No complaints!

We got the rooms on the first floor above the bar, it is noisy and when they are cleaning the bar early in the morning and late at night, you could here all the noise of moving all the furnitures. The air conditioning is not working so you have to open the balcony door to sleep. If anyone needs some rest please make sure don't take the room above the bar. We got the bad rooms and we didn't have enough rest and we asked for late check out, we have to pay additional of €15 for late check out..this is not complimentary for the guests at all.

Staff was very polite, always eager to help. It is true that due to the nationality of the majority of their guests their German language knowledge is better than English, but they always tried their best. The room was spacious, almost all of their rooms have front sea view, which is wonderful. Balcony was large enough. The greatest thing about the room was that in 30 degrees we just left the window open and there was absolutely no need for A/C. The wind blowing from the sea was music to our ears, so cooling that we did not feel the summer heat at all. The breakfast was amazing, very broad spectrumed, I think they could meet the demands of every person. Also they had a 2-3 day cycle, so that they could offer some variation as well. The outside pool was quite large, and the palm trees gave it an exotic look. The amount of sunbeds was satisfying, though you could hardly find one at noon. I understand the people, since renting two sunbeds and an umbrella at the beach costed 13 euros. The pool was 50 meters away and the sunbeds were absolutely free. The hotel's entertainment (animacion) team was quite active, offering during the day 4-5 different activities (aerobics, aqua gym, football, darts), at night there was a show to watch. The beach in front of the hotel was pleasant, occasionally there were waves, but one could easily swim, even children too. Sa Coma is not as big and flashy as Cala Millor, but maybe this is the good thing about it. If you want to have a party every night then this is not the place for you, but if you want to relax, enjoy the sea and be able to have a drink or two at night then Sa Coma fits you. The hotel is near the border between Sa Coma and S'Illot, giving its guests two options. You can follow the path by the beach to S'Illot, full of restaurants and bars, or you can get to the street toward the heart of Sa Coma, where there are also bars and restaurants, but there you have the majority of the shops.
This was our honeymoon, when I booked the hotel I noted that I want a double bed, not two twin beds. If they could not meet my demands then they should e-mail me. Well I did not receive an email, and upon arriving we got a room with two single beds pushed together. I did not create a problem, because actually the beds were big enough for 3 people as well, but sometimes we woke up having 20 cm-s space between our beds. The interior pool water was very cold, which I accept, but the two jacuzzis were located inside the large pool, which means they were cold as well. For a jacuzzi I think you should have at least lukewarm water. Internet access was limited to the lobby area, but for some reason I could not get in. Most probably something with the settings, but more people I asked told me that they had the same problem. I could get Wi-fi signal from the hotel next to us. Anyway I was lucky to check if I could get a signal on my floor, it seems that from their second router I could get access, so I surfed from upstairs in the hallway (people sometimes looked at me in a strange way).

Beautiful Beach with Really good Service
The variety at the dinner buffet was excellent, with fresh local dishes that I savored every evening. The friendly staff were always on hand to assist. Despite the wonderful amenities, I did find the beach sunbed rentals to be a bit pricey.

The hotel was great! Very good food, and a great location. Low prices for drinks and food at the restaurant.

The pool activities were super fun and really kept our spirits high. Plus, the beach access made it easy to unwind. The hotel has a great buffet and fine views from sea view rooms. Totally worth it for a relaxing getaway.
One downside was that we were stopped from taking tea outside after breakfast. Just a minor hiccup, though.

Perfect for couples seeking tranquility
The staff were very friendly. And the food at the buffet? I've never seen so much choice , from fresh seafood to delicious desserts. I ate like a king every day.
It hit the wallet a bit , but you know what, for the experience, I think it was worth it.

Staying at the Hipotels Mediterraneo was a delight. The beach access right outside my room made it easy to enjoy the sun. I chose a sea-view room, and the amazing views every morning were worth it. Breakfasts were a real highlight with a vast array of fresh pastries and fruits. I particularly loved the omelets prepared on demand. The pool area was large with plenty of sun beds, though I noticed some overcrowding at peak times. Staff were friendly but a bit rushed, which took away from the relaxed vibe I hoped for. The evening entertainment was fun, but the lack of room service surprised me for a hotel of this caliber. It was a hassle having to go out for dinner on the first night. A kettle in the room would have been a nice touch, too. I enjoyed the indoor pool and spa facilities as a great way to unwind at the end of the day. I felt the hotel had a fantastic atmosphere but could improve on service consistency and some room amenities.
